Consultations are provided on an first-come, first-served basis pending availability, on Fri-Sunday and select holidays. To request an emergency consultation, please fill out the following form and we will contact you shortly with availability. You should also consult the calendar page to check availability before requesting. A request is not a guarantee of a consultation.
